The recruitment policy of ULC is to usually recruit employees at the entry level and nurture them with proper guidance and training so that they are properly equiped to take any responsibility. Through the process their performance is duly evaluated to promote them to the next level.

Contractual Employment: 
In the investment marketing department contractual positions as deposit associates are open for part/full time employment. Even students can apply for this position.

Regular Employment:
Upon completion of graduation/post graduation a person can apply for regular position. These positions are open in all functional as well as support departments as per vacancy.

Internship:
2-3 months internship program is also offered by ULC. The intern is assigned with specific department for guidance and completion of his/her internship report.
